[aprssig] APRSISCE/32 + iGate issues

Greetings--

A few days ago I noticed that while working the ISS my record of
stations heard no longer appears on www.ariss.net.  I'm wondering if
anyone else has been having iGate issues or whether I inadvertently
tweaked something on APRSISCE/32 (current version).

I've got the following set for the aprs-is port: enabled, xmit enable,
message, rf-to-is.  Server = rotate.aprs2.net, port 14580.
