[aprssig] Solar Plane: Leg 4: Flight St. Louis - Washington - Friday!

Great!  This is is now a consistent generator for the object, but it
has no value unless it is IGATED back to RF in the areas where the
plane is flying.  THose with internet access cal already get the
object direct, but those out mobile usually unaware of the event can
ONLY get it via APRS via RF.

So we must solicit IGates in these areas to set up reverse IGating as Lynn says.

A laborous way to at least get some through Might be to periodically
send a message to someone live in the area of each IGate and hope that
the courtesy posit will be beaconed once.  Lynn, wont that do at least
something?
