Bob!  You forgot the most important part that was recently discovered!  
The Yaesu FTM-350 REQUIRES the frequency at the beginning of the 
comment!  And they also require it to be MHz.

I tentatively replaced your PHG with the frequency but kept the 25 mile 
range term because http://www.aprs.org/info/freqspec.txt doesn't show 
how to do both PHG and the Yaesu required frequency.
