Kind of like this one issued by LBF, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning, at 
24 02:27z through 24 03:15z, a duration of 48 minutes.  They put the 
initial coordinate at the top center of the highlighted area and then 
said that the storm center was moving ENE at 21mph.  Well, in another 30 
minutes, that storm's going to be well out of the alerted area...
