[aprssig] [aprsisce] Transatlantic balloon attempt

Note, though, that "cooling of the gas" will almost certainly lead to a
terminal descent from the altitude they have been flying... A little higher
and things could be different, but at this point it must drop ballast or it
will end up in the drink!
