[aprssig] [aprsisce] Transatlantic balloon attempt

OK, sorry I was being pessimistic, I promise it won't happen again and 
keep my hopes up of it surviving untill sun up, maybe by then it will 
hit the jetstream it was suposed to hit today, someone told me it was to 
far south for the stream but was about right in hight.
