[aprssig] Mail Host FOUND

A huge thanks to Javier Henderson, K4JH for providing me with what is
essentially a well-equipped Ubuntu VPS on his VM server.  A second huge
thanks to everyone that offered up server space.  I'll be migrating AVRS and
aprs-alert over to the new machine in the next few days, and this will
hopefully clear up the reliability problems that plague the service.  Not
having to rely on Comcast to deliver my mail will be huge.
