Not a good idea.  It needs to be on every one, because if you receive
multiple copies of the same message, then he did not get your ack and surely
will not get the longer AA: message.  So if you get a dupe, you need to dupe
the ACK and the AA: message.  Though I am happy to limit it to 4 attempts.
If he aint got it by then, he aint never going to get it.
 
But I agree 100% in your idea for muiltiple DIFFERENT messages.  Then I
agree, additional incoming -different- messages do not-retrigger the same
AA: message...
