[aprssig] Auto-Answer meets Auto-Responder (AVRS)

Auto reply massages in Kenwood radios have no tag. It doesn't mean we cannot
see the difference between individual and auto-reply messages.
Individual messages are numbered at the end with {xxxxx
Auto-reply are not.

Yes, they have the capability, but I don't believe they put any standard 
prefix on it.  It transmits whatever the user set the response text to.  
Makes it rather difficult to KNOW that it's an auto-reply.
