[aprssig] GPS interference/Lightsquared testing in Las Vegas

Probably not the cause of the issue seen in Los Angeles, but
Lightsquared is actively testing their transmitters in the Las Vegas
area at night which may cause interference to local GPS users
(especially airborne ones):
