[aprssig] Win7 APRS Pgm?

I use UI-View32 on WIn7 and run my I-Gate on a W2K machine.

I have played around with AGWTracker and APRSIS32 as well, but neither 
of these programs handle the telemetry APRS frames from my three local 
digipeaters like the UI-History add on for UI-View32 does.
