[aprssig] aprs.fi embedded and IE9

Yes, there are production Web sites that are all in "bug fix" mode right now,
having to perform significant re-engineering of their web sites design to make
them work with all the IE-9 "problems".

It might be a good idea to try a different browser than IE-9 right now. Later,
MS might be able to "fix" these problems, but chances are, that if they fix
them, they'll break all the work these web sites due to work around the issues
and then there will be another round of "it's broken".

The RTW (release to web) IE9 has definite JavaScript issues and some sites that work with every other browser cause IE9 to either become unresponsive or improperly display JavaScript generated text and graphics.
