[aprssig] aprs.fi embedded and IE9

Yes, there are production Web sites that are all in "bug fix" mode right now, 
having to perform significant re-engineering of their web sites design to make 
them work with all the IE-9 "problems".

It might be a good idea to try a different browser than IE-9 right now.  Later, 
MS might be able to "fix" these problems, but chances are, that if they fix 
them, they'll break all the work these web sites due to work around the issues 
and then there will be another round of "it's broken".
