Oops... I hope I'm not boring everyone with this data, but looking at
my math again I forgot to convert bits to bytes. The full APRS-IS
stream is actually about 23 kbps, or 2.8 KB/s, or about 7 GB per month
(as reported by javAPRSSrvr sipping on a full feed).
