[aprssig] Jet forecasts for K6RPT flight

Okay, I know that 107,000ft weather is not of much interest to most people :-)

It would be great if it would just head east and end up over the populated parts of Europe.

Hopefully they'll get up in a few hours and  be watching out for it in their late morning/early afternoon.
