  Maybe this could help:


  Run C:\WINDOWS\system32\devmgmt.msc
  Go to Ports (COM&LPT)->your bluetooth adapter
  Right-click on it->Properties->Port Settings->Advanced->Select a COM port number


  Sometimes this works to override a COM port number that is automatically assigned
  by Windows when using a USB device that requires/uses a serial driver.
