[aprssig] Blutooth COM number

I dropped off the USB GSM modem and it gave me back com 3 and 8

  Device manager, relocate an unnecessary COM port out of the way to free up a lower number.  You might also have to unpair/repair the BT device to get it to discover the newly available lower number.
