[aprssig] Cheapest radio and TNC ?

I'd suggest a used GE Phoenix or Delta and "some" TNC.  I have bought either radio off eBay for less than $50 US.  TNC can be whatever you can find, somebody on this list might have one to sell.  Either way, you get a good, high-quality radio that can be set for power outputs between something around 10 watts up to about 55 watts for the Phoenix and 90 watts with the Delta.
