[aprssig] Cheapest radio and TNC ?

Cheap is relative to the buyer. A friend of mine has a mint condition TH-D7A
for sale in the box with a bunch of like new extras like the battery case,
programming cable, and more. He hardly used it because he's not all that
fond of portables. It's all in beautiful condition. He's asking $250 for the
whole package. I think that's a good deal. some might say it's cheap
considering the condition of the gear and what all is included.
