A frequency object should be chosen so that its object name is
worldwide unique if you want to see it on the APRS-IS.  Thus you
cannot standardize on the "xyz" bytes in the "FFF.Ffxyz" byte
object name field.

Just choose something unique.  Check the APRS-IS to see what
other repeaters on your freq are using...
