[aprssig] argent data GPS module / vibration sensor needed

You know it just hit me... using the IPS5451 MOSFET module... it has a very
high input impedance, so charging an electrolytic cap thru a vibration
sensor would seem to keep a charge on the control input for several
minutes.  This might be simper than I'd thought.
