[aprssig] TO-CALL for aprx software ?

While you're at it Bob, please include my APRSISCE for Windows Mobile as 
APWMnn.  And also, if I could have APWWnn for an upcoming Win32 version 
of the same thing.  I checked the "recent" To-Calls captured from my 
North American APRS-IS database and they've not been used at all (except 
for APRSISCE users) in the past two weeks.

Just FYI, APRXnn IS showing up with 44, 45, 46, 73, 75, and 76 all being 
used in the past two weeks.  I don't know if this was Matti's software, 
but the numbers sure don't seem like they would be.  For Matti, the 
current assignments are at http://www.aprs.org/aprs11/tocalls.txt  
APRXnn is currently assigned to APRSmax which is apparently still 
active, at least in North America.
