When looking at a view in aprs.fi, for example your car's position at
http://aprs.fi/WB4APR-9 - or current real-time view in Baltimore at
http://aprs.fi/?addr=Baltimore you can click on the "Google Earth KML"
link on the right side of the map, under "Other views". That'll open up
the same live APRS view in Google Earth.

Depending on your browser setup it clicking on the KML link might start
up Google Earth automatically in the right location, or it might just save
the KML file, in which case you need to double-click the KML file to open
it in Google Earth. After that, Google Earth might automatically go to the
same place - if it doesn't, you need to click under the APRS placemark
under Temporary Places in the Places tree on the left.
