capacitance based, and ceramic impedance humidity sensors tend to have a 
relatively long, but variable lifetime.  My experience has been similar 
to Steve's.  Lots of time on them.

For the uses APRS-Wx data are put to when they go into CWOP (please DO 
submit your data to CWOP!) both temperature and humidirt are valuable.
