[aprssig] Failed APRS?

I have done that as well, but there are times when you want to use the 
second profile for a specific task such as in an emergency or special 
circumstance. Maybe an algorithm that after 3 - 5 minutes of  zero speed 
a beacon is sent with an increasing  interval out to say 30 minutes.
