[aprssig] Andorid APRS

[Jeffrey Johnson]

Is this the only java based aprs code out there that is open source?
I've had a quick look, and It looks like a great place to start. Its a
shame that javAPRS is not open source ... not sure why that is.

If anyone has any other resources we should check out, please speak up.
