Yes, and it is in a full sun period this week!  It might be
recoverable if we had someone in the southern hemisphere to
command it.  We have never tried to do this in the northern
hemisphere during the summer because the angles are wrong.  We
can only recover it in the winter in the north.  Though last
winter we failed.  Notice that these are the 001 and 002
beacons, meaning it has only been charged up for 1 or 2 minutes
respectively...
