Sorry about all the links in my other post.  Here's a cleaner copy. 
Also, if you search for W3ADO-1 in Google, the hits certainly seem to 
imply that it is, in fact, PCSAT.

I can't say it's PCSAT, but based on the Igate locations of the recent
raw packets, it's certainly something that gets around!
