[aprssig] TND-710 and the VGS-1

Does anyone know if the TM-D710 with the VGS-1 voice chip behaves in the 
same way with incoming APRS  messages as does the TM-D700 and it's voice 
chip? i.e. Speak the originating callsign of an incoming message and 
it's text?

I'm checking the Kenwood site and what I can find online (do not have 
the radio, working with a friend who may be getting one) and it talks 
about audio feedback on settings and key pushes, and voice 
recording/playback but nothing about APRS operation.
