[aprssig] APRS IS Issue ?

Looks to me like rotate.aprs.net is simply full. I just checked about 20 
minutes ago and both first.aprs.net and second.aprs.net had only about 66 
open connections left before they fill up. Since third.aprs.net and 
fourth.aprs.net are no longer running you might get a few more "port full" 
messages.
