Hi Scott,

While we don't have a lot of trackers in this area, almost all 
of them are used with a second radio. The operator normally is 
monitoring a voice channel on the other radio. Locals would know 
where to call them, but visitors might not. Including the 
frequency they monitor in the tracker beacon would allow them to 
be reached.
