[aprssig] ATV integration idea

There is a speed threshold you can set, and most people set it to
something low like 4 mph.  If below the threshold, the GPS will use
the compass, above it and it calculates a heading based on motion.
The trick here is to set that threshold speed so high that you can't
achieve it, and that forces the GPS to always use the compass.  In
this case, the threshold would be set faster than the vehicle i'm in,
and if the GPS is pointed to the side, it should read out the
direction the GPS is pointing not the direction I'm travelling.
