[aprssig] OpenAPRS WEB page

Looks like the OpenAPRS web page doesn't honor the !x! flag.
I don't see KF4ERV-7 on Findu but I do using the OpenAPRS webpage.

It is my understanding that using !x! at the beginning of the D7 status 
msg is the
same as placing NOGATE or RFONLY in the PATH.
