[aprssig] Email addresses in APRS

The reality here is that as long as there is The Internet there will be
users advertising their email address in any and every form possible,
including APRS messaging or status packets. I can see it quite practical to
email a user who's given their address in an APRS message packet when the
content of your reply far exceeds the useful length of a typical packet or
perhaps would be better conveyed in private. Having that in mind, perhaps
setting a standard would be beneficial for allowing programs that view APRS
packets for Amateur Radio operators to be able to pick out the addresses yet
leave them a little more obscure to prevent blatant standard address data
mining.
