[aprssig] D700A TNC Problems????

  Now you're in the Digi software domain.  We need an
APRS Guru.  I'm an RF Engineer - receiver,
transmitter, deviation, pre-emphasis, de-emphasis,
path loss frequency stability...but I digress.
   I was monitoring my packest sitting in the car
earlier today and wondering why I see WIDE3* in my
echoes when I'm not sending that.
Always something...
