[aprssig] AEA PK232-MBX & Reverse gating packets

The PK232-MBX will not work with UI-DIGI.  For UI-DIGI you need a TNC-2 or one of it's clones 
such as Pac-Comm Tiny-2 or Mark-2 or MFJ 1270 series.
