[aprssig] Need GO-32 APRS Users

I'm kind of hoping another satgate will appear on the east coast.  I only have one radio that'll hack 9600 baud.  I wanna play, too!  

I have an Icom T7H with at good old MFJ 1274 TNC, but it'll only go up to 1200 baud.
