[aprssig] New Version Of APRS-SCS Available

Hi All
         For those that forgot what APRS-SCS is (I did)
It is a Windows based APRS client that does APRS Like WB4APR wanted it 
done.

Version 1.30 is now available for down load at the following URL
http://www.tapr.org/~kb2scs/

Version 1.30 fixes a bug that would cause APRS-SCS to terminate when it 
got a bad packet. I thought I had anticipated everything. I guess not.
The bug is squashed.

In the future. I do not know when. I plan on completely rewriting APRS-
SCS in VB.Net.

Once I do that then I am going to release the code 
under some sort of license like GPL or such. Do not know anything about 
those open source license yet so I do not know which one I am going to 
use.

I DO NOT NEED at this time any help with which license I should choose.

Once I start the vb.net rewrite it is going to take at least a year to 
complete. This will be starting from scratch.

So I have plenty of time to decide on the license.

Let us hope we never witness the "Silence Of The Hams"
