[aprssig] NMEA Sentence problems into SCS Tracker....from GarminEtrex

I also tried my Tigertronics TM1+ last night, same deal....works
on MAP76s, not with Etrex :-(
So....next I will try the test on the THD7, or my D700. IF this 
fails, then I have a new Kantronics and some older TNCs to try.
The Garmin tech support people had no answers by phone, but to be 
fair, they have not seen the log files either.
