I believe you can have up to 10 stations in the SUPLIST that will be 
ignored.

To really do what you are proposing you need a TNC-X equipped with 
µSmartDigi, which will let you establish all kinds of rules.  The only 
disadvantage that µSmartDigi has is that it lacks remote access (unless 
that's been added recently).
