WinAPRS is still fully supported..

www.winaprs.com is now back on-line.

Our ISP provider moved many of their clients from older servers to 
newer servers.  Ours got lost in translation and they didn't realize it 
until I told them about it.

They got it fixed in less than 24 hours, but, that shouldn't have 
happened in the first place..  Oh well.

I apologize about the inconvenience and confusion.
