[aprssig] Compatible GPS for waypoint upload?

How's about someone starting a Wiki page at info.aprs.net devoted to
this "which GPS'es accept waypoints" thread?

Make categories for handhelds and vehicle-mount units so that we can
both keep the list up to date and refer new people to the Wiki.  I
know I forget which models are which as well.

While we're at it, there are some newer units that have much more
sensitive GPS front-ends, and this info would be nice to have
available on the Wiki somewhere.  I suggest a Hardware->GPS Wiki
page with these categories:


    Handheld GPS'es:

    Vehicle Mount GPS'es:


With the more sensitive GPS units marked specially somehow.  It's
the SiRF Star III units that are the more sensitive units.
Designating these units as special could be _very_ important for SAR
people, probably others too.
