Works ok but someone probably can make a better plugin as this is a 
"hack" that doesn't use ActiveX
and only works if ui-view is run as a digipeater. But you can alter what 
it should digi on so any alias should work so that you dont digipeat 
other stations like WIDEn-N if you are not suposed to run a digi.

The program then needs some parameters like: callsign, path and symbol data.
