[aprssig] Waypoints to GPS Receiver: Navigation

I wouldn't say "badger" garmin.... they were very responsive and actually
had a fix for me in just a few days.  I'm certain that if you bring this to
their attn, they'll fix it... mention the gpsmap276c nmea problem and it
should ring bells for them.
