[aprssig] Waypoints to GPS Receiver: Navigation

The behavior also seems to depend on whether you're using Garmin mode or 
NMEA.  The Tracker2 and the Anti-Tracker (at least to a limited extent) 
are the only devices I know of that'll do Garmin output.  I use a GPSmap 
60CS myself and it works flawlessly with the T2, though it'd be nice if 
it had more custom icons available.
