The GPS-18 works very well, and TAPR carries them.  Note that the very
latest firmware supports a Garmin program, both downloadable from the Garmin
web site, which takes the output from the USB version and creates a virtual
serial port with NMEA output.  I haven't tried it myself, but I have seen a
couple of reports that it works with UI-View32.  FWIW
