[aprssig] D700A still relevant

FWIW, I think the D700 is the best VHF-UHF dual bander
around (even for a little extra cost) whether you do
APRS or not. I have had one for several years and plan
to buy another at HAMCOM next month. I am still
finding
new features about this rig after all this time.
