  In planning on our clubs recent logistical support for a 200 mile, 2 day
bike tour, planning the temporary digi's locations required us to use the
PHG circles of existing digi's to plot where we thought we needed 
the temporary ones. Granted nothing is perfect and most of the time the
digi's cover more than the circles show but it's a useful tool (at least
for what we were doing). I guess for most operators they don't bother to
look at the PHG ranges but there are alot of useful reasons for having
them displayed. Just my 2 cents! [GRIN]
