This conflicts with hundreds or perhaps thousands of Firenet weather
objects.  'F' = Fuel Temperature, 'f' = Fuel Moisture.

Note that we use "vis" for visibility in miles for some Firenet
weather packets.

Where'd the water gauge stuff originate?  We've been doing river
gauges for years now on Firenet.  Is somebody else coming up with
a different format now?
