Yes, that seems to be the closest HF GATE to me.  There are a few in
northeast BC, too.

I have tried other paths (wider on the VHF side), but not ECHO.  Is ECHO
supposed to be used for normal operation?  Are there HF repeaters that
don't actually gate to VHF?
