Yes, use the HEARD QUERY.
Look on your D700 for the IGate
Then send it a QUERY for your callsign.
It should send you back a one-line list of how 
many times you were heard per hour in the last
few hours.  Response should be something like 

"Heard: 15  12  6   0   0    0"

For the last 6 hours.
